江西省瑞昌市码头镇苏山村村民周升回，今年9月份因为抵抗强拆被拘留，10月被逮捕，12月24号凌晨突然死在看守所，家属在检查遗体时，发现周升回满身是伤，家属与村民认为周升回是被警察殴打致死，拉横幅到瑞昌市政府抗议。
山东女教师被迫害 生命垂危
〝法轮大法明慧网〞25号报导，山东临沂市蒙阴县女教师伊淑玲，被山东省女子监狱迫害致生命垂危，目前靠灌食和打针维持生命。
40多岁的法轮功学员伊淑玲，是蒙阴县实验中学的优秀教师，今年7月18号回娘家看望80多岁的老父亲时，被非法抓捕，之后被非法判刑三年半。家属曾多次前往探视都被拒绝。日前，家属接到伊淑玲的病危通知，11月19号伊淑玲的老父亲在家人的陪同下，在监狱警官医院地下二层的走廊里，见到了昏迷不醒的伊淑玲，她已经被折磨的骨瘦如柴，满嘴脓血泡，双腿被捆在床上。
湖南移民村民维权被抓捕
24号，湖南省常德市石门县的数千移民游行示威，抗议常德市移民局、石门县移民局克扣四万皂市水库移民的拆迁安置补偿、补助，共3亿元。当地政府派出大量特警到场抢横幅、打人，多人被抓捕。
开发商欺诈业主维权被镇压
四川省成都市蓝光空港国际城南韩城的数百业主 ，24号堵路维权，抗议开发商欺诈销售，遭大量警察镇压，多人被殴打，8人被抓捕。
据说，开发商夸大房产信息、虚假宣传、公摊面积大，业主们从18号开始，要求开发商给说法，但是一直没有得到回应。

in mainland China.
Jiangxi Villager Died of Violence in Detention Center
After Being Arrested for Resisting House Demolition
Zhou Shenghui was a resident of Sushan Village, Matou County,
Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province.
Zhou was detained this September for resisting forcible
house demolition by the local government.
Zhou was arrested in October and abruptly died on the
morning of Dec.24, at a detention center.
Zhou’s family found that his body was full of injuries.
Villagers thus believe Zhou was beaten to death
by local police
He had made a slogan protest in front of
the municipal government building.
Shandong Female Teacher Critically Ill
After Serious Persecution in Womens Prison
Minghui (minghui.org) reported on Dec.25 the story
of Yi Shuling, a female teacher in Mengyin County, Linyi City,
Shandong Province.
Yi is currently critically ill, after being seriously persecuted
in Shandong Womens Prison.
Her life has to be supported through feeding and injection.
Yi Shuling, 40 years old, used to be an excellent teacher
at Shiyan Middle School in the county.
On July 18, Yi was abducted when she visited her aged
father at her home town.
She was consequently subject to an unlawful sentence
of 3.5 years in prison.
Her family tried to visit her in prison several times, but
was totally denied, until they received notice
of her critical illness about a month ago.
On Nov.19, Yi Shuling’s father, accompanied by other
family members, visited the basement at the prison’s
hospital, but only found his daughter left unconscious there.
Yi had become a bag of bones after torture.
Her mouth was full of bleeding blisters and
her legs were bound to the bed.
Hunan Immigrants Demonstration Violently Suppressed
by Local CCP Government
On Dec.24, thousands of immigrants in Shimen County,
Changde City, Hunan Province, demonstrated against
embezzlement by the municipal immigration office.
They said, about $48 million (300 million Yuan) of subsidies
to immigrants had been embezzled.
The Local CCP government sent a large number of special
police to suppress protesters.
Many immigrants were arrested.
Chengdu Business Owners Protest Against Fraudulent
House Sales Suppressed by the CCP
Hundreds of business owners from Languang Airport
International City in Chengdu, blocked roads and
protested on Dec.24.
The protest was against fraudulent sales by the developer.
The protesters were suppressed by mass police.
Many were injured and 8 were arrested.
Sources said the developer had overstated the property,
by making false advertisements and exaggerating its area.
Since Dec.18, business owners demanded the developer’s
response to these issues, but received no reply.
