近期，拥有一千多个分店的〝兴麟房产仲介公司〞的老总吴秉麟，卷钜款跑路，使得陕西、山西、山东等16个省，50多个城市的购房者受害。不过，这些受害者到当地政府集会维权 时，反而遭到警察的殴打和抓捕。请看报导。
〝兴麟房地产经纪有限公司〞成立于2009年10月，主要进行房地产经纪业务，下面有内蒙古、宁夏、北京、西安、兰州、西宁等分公司，开设直营分支机搆1000多家。
不过，自9月2号开始，内蒙古呼和浩特市、包头市的〝兴麟房地产经纪有限公司〞人去楼空，波及200多名购房者，其中有些人已交纳房款100多万元。几乎同时，西安、银川、宝鸡、赤峰等地，都出现了〝兴麟房产〞携款潜逃案。
而在西安市，受到〝兴麟房产〞下属的两家公司——〝陕西盛居房地产行销策划有限公司〞和〝陕西兴麟房地产行销策划有限公司〞欺骗的市民就超过300人，涉及的金额至少3000多万。有市民说，从7月中旬交完首付款之后，就再也没有盛居房地产的人员和他联系过。
原陕西电视台记者、维权人士马晓明看到了这些受害者到省政府上访 的情形。他表示，上访者情绪非常激动、愤怒。
原陕西电视台记者马晓明：〝现场有两、三百人，统一穿一种白的汗衫，前边或者写着字‘兴麟还钱’、‘兴麟诈骗’如何如何。〞
〝兴麟〞在沈阳的分公司〝辽宁沈阳蓝泰房地产经纪有限公司〞也是136家门店全都关门，不仅被骗的买房者去讨说法，甚至连两个月没拿到薪水的一千多明员工，也加入行列，前去讨薪。
沈阳奥体仲介桑先生表示，〝沈阳蓝泰〞至少骗了几百人，涉及金额也是几千万。
沈阳奥体仲介桑先生：〝这个老板就是骗钱的，就卷钱、融资集团融资的。他骗买方、卖方付款，放到他那里监管。实际上仲介不能监管，应该放到国家机构、房产局进行监管。〞
其实，兴麟房产在全国的〝分身〞，像河南开封的〝恒泰〞，哈尔滨的〝麟泰〞、〝豪德〞；湖南的〝恒庆〞，承德的〝金桥〞，吉林的〝荣恒〞，昆明的〝恒庆〞，四川的〝银帝〞，唐山的〝国麟〞，张家口的〝锦麟〞等等，它们的法人代表也都是吴秉麟，也都是人去楼空。
〝兴麟事件〞至少造成全国成几千人受骗，给购房者带来的损失，估计超过数十亿元。
受害群众不断报警，但是直到今天，还有不少城市公安不给立案。受害群众心急如焚，纷纷走上街头，要求政府维护民众合法权益。但在河北唐山、内蒙古包头、河北张家口、吉林省吉林市、长春市、河南开封市等地，都发生了受害者被公安殴打和抓捕的现象。
其实，早在一年多之前，《法制日报》就曾经曝光过〝宁夏兴麟〞涉嫌违规经营问题 ；今年8月11号起，沈阳的受害人就开始围堵在〝沈阳蓝泰房地产经纪有限公司〞总部的门口了。
东南大学法学院教授张赞甯：〝之所以造成如此的现象，我想最主要是我们的政府都不讲信誉。〞
东南大学法学院教授张赞甯指出，中国 商界老板唯利是图，不讲信誉，甚至时常发生卷款跑路现象，总的根源就在政府那里。因为中共建政60年来，彻底败坏了中国人的道德、消灭了中国人的信仰，而没有信仰、道德败坏了的人，是什么都敢干的。
张赞宁表示，要改变当前现状，必须重建社会道德体系，但这需要彻底摧毁那个不讲信誉，连父母、子女之间，都要相互揭发，批斗的〝党文化〞才行。

Real Estate Broker Escapes With Money
Xing Lin Real Estate owns more than 1,000 stores in China.
Its CEO Wu Binglin recently absconded with large
sums of money.
Victims are spread through 16 provinces such as Shaanxi,
Shanxi and Shandong and 50 cities.
Victims who sought their rights from local governments
were met with beating and arrest by the police.
The following is our coverage.
Xing Lin Real Estate was established in October 2009 with
more than 1,000 branches located in Inner Mongolia, Ningxia,
Beijing, Xi’an, Lanzhou, Xining and so forth.
Since Sept. 2, Xing Lin’s branches in Inner Mongolia
such as Hohhot and Baotou were found vacant.
More than 200 home buyers were victimized.
Some of them have paid more than one million yuan.
Other stores of Xing Lin in Xi’an, Yinchuan, Baoji,
and Chifeng also reported absconding cases.
In Xi’an, more than 300 victims and 30 million yuan were
involved in two of its stores in Shaanxi Province.
One victim complained that the company had stopped
contacting him since the down payment was made in mid July.
Former Shaanxi TV reporter Ma Xiaoming witnessed
the petition of the victims to the provincial government.
He indicates the petitioners were very emotional with anger.
Activist Ma Xiaoming: “There were 200 to 300 people
wearing a uniform white shirt with printed words such as
‘Xing Lin Return Money’ and ‘Xing Lin Fraud’.”
A total of 136 stores of Xing Lin in Shenyang City were closed.
Victims involved home buyers as well as more than 1,000
employees who have not received their wages for two months.
A Chinese real estate agent Mr. Sang says that Xing Lin
in Shenyang has victimized several hundred people,
with tens of millions of yuan.
Mr. Sang: “Its boss is a fraud, specialized in financing.
He tricked both buyers and sellers into allowing him
to supervise the money.
In fact, the supervision should not be done by the agent,
but the state and the Real Estate Board.”
In fact, Xing Lin has many other subsidiaries throughout China
under different names, such as Heng Tai in Kaifeng City
and Lin Tai in Harbin City.
Wu Binglin is the legal representative for all of them.
They are now all closed without warning.
The nation wide close down of Xing Lin has resulted
in thousands of buyers losing billions of yuan.
But, many municipal public securities refused to file the cases
for victims.
Anxious victims have to take to the streets demanding
the government protect their rights.
Beating and arrest of victims by the public securities were
heard from cities such as Tangshan, Baotou, Zhangjiakou,
Jilin, Changchun, Kaifeng City and so forth.
In fact, allegations of breach of operation were made against
Xing Lin branch in Ningxia more than a year ago by Legal Daily.
Victims of the Shenyang branch have started to protest
in front of its offices since Aug. 11 this year.
Professor of Law, Zhang Zanning, of Southeast University,:
“I believe the cause of the phenomenon is
our government lacks credibility.”
Professor Zhang Zanning indicates the government is the root
of the mercenary attitude, carelessness of reputation, and
even the absconding with money in business.
Since the foundation of the Communist regime in China,
the morality and the beliefs of the Chinese are totally ruined
with more than 60 years rule by the regime.
People who lack morality and faith will do anything at all.
Zhang Zanning believes that to change the current status quo,
the social moral system must be rebuilt.
But, it is only achievable with the complete elimination
of the ‘party culture’ which speaks of no belief,
except struggle by criticizing and denouncing one’s own parents
and children.
